Your Retirement Paperwork,
Properly Organised
Northmere offers general-education classes and clerical filing services for people in Malaysia approaching the end of employment. We work with publicly available information — nothing here is professional advice.
What Northmere Offers
Three distinct offerings — each scoped to administrative organisation and general education. No interpretation of entitlements, no regulated advice.
Pre-Retirement Paperwork Primer
A single three-hour class covering, in general terms, the documents a person in Malaysia commonly encounters as employment draws to a close. Identification papers, contribution statements, beneficiary nomination forms — each explained using named, publicly available sources.
- Printed workbook included
- Blank filing index provided
- Sources cited on every slide
- General information only
Records Digitisation & Indexing
A clerical service that converts accumulated retirement paperwork into a searchable archive. Papers are collected under a signed handling agreement, scanned at 400 dpi, named to a consistent convention, indexed, then returned on an encrypted drive with a printed contents list.
- Up to 500 pages, ~10 working days
- Encrypted drive + printed contents
- No copy retained after handover
- Optional physical re-filing
Workplace Records Practice Review
A business-to-business engagement for employers, cooperatives, and welfare committees administering their own staff records. Covers a walkthrough of current filing practice, a written review of process gaps, staff training on consistent naming, and a template document register.
- Written gap-review report
- Staff naming & indexing training
- Template document register
- Six-month follow-up review
Why People Choose Northmere
Our work stays within its stated scope — and that is the point.
Scoped to the Paperwork
We explain what documents are, where they come from, and how they are generally used — not what you should do with them. That keeps the conversation calm and factual.
Your Data Stays Yours
In our digitisation service, no copy of your documents is kept after handover. A signed handling agreement sets out what happens at every stage.
Sources Named on Every Slide
Class material draws entirely on publicly available published material. Every source is named so you can read it yourself and form your own view.
Practical for Organisations
The Workplace Practice Review is built for HR teams, welfare committees, and cooperatives who need process improvements without crossing into areas for their own qualified advisers.
Based in Ipoh, Perak
Northmere serves individuals and organisations in Perak and the surrounding region. Our address is fixed, our staff are local, and classes run on a published schedule.
Clear Timelines, Fixed Fees
Each offering has a published price in Ringgit Malaysia and a stated scope. There are no add-ons mid-way through, and no vague timelines — the digitisation turnaround is ten working days for up to 500 pages.
